Subscriber Monthly Traffic Report

About this task

The Subscriber Daily Traffic report shows traffic information about a specific subscriber for any month within the most recent 12-month period. This report can help you track a particular subscriber's mail-usage patterns.

To run a Subscriber Monthly Traffic report:

Procedure

Log in to the Communication Manager Messaging web page.
Under Reports, select Measurements.
Select Subscriber from the Type field.
Select Monthly from the Cycle field.
Click Get Report.
The system displays Enter Subscriber Extension text box.
Enter the extension of the subscriber.
Click Get Report > subscriber extension, month mm/yy where username/extensionis the name or telephone extension of the administered messaging subscriber that you want a report for and mm/yyis the starting month up to 12 months prior to the current month that you want as a starting point for the report.
If you do not specify a month, the current month is used. This report displays four screens of traffic information for each month.

Note
If the subscriber's name is administered in your system with an embedded space, such as Jane Doe, you must type the name enclosed in quotations, for example, "Jane Doe".

The system displays the Measurements page;Subscriber Monthly Traffic. The fields for this report are identical to that present on the subscriber daily traffic page.
